Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Labor Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of labor staff on-site in accordance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, task allocation, and ensuring smooth on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of general laborers and skilled workers. Ensure that work is performed according to safety and quality standards. Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of the labor force. Allocate work to laborers and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Maintain daily reports of manpower, work progress, and incidents (if any). Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and health & safety regulations. Report any issues or delays to site management in a timely manner. Conduct toolbox talks and briefings to promote safety awareness.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Labor or Site Supervisor, preferably in the UAE. Good understanding of labor laws and health & safety regulations in the UAE. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to communicate effectively Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
