This role will support the development of Marketing activities in AME countries for Construction Equipment to support the growth of the business. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Develop marketing strategy with dealers and ensure its successful implementation by using following tools
Advertising campaigns
Direct mail campaigns
Customer Data Base development
Media relationship
Customer Segmentation
Implementation and adaptation of Central Marketing strategies to local market requirements
Management of new products launch (product availability \xe2\x80\x93 E-equipment updates) marketing documentation and training
Link between dealer and central marketing team or external support department on marketing tools access and promotion
Responsible for pricing definition and market analysis
Variable marketing budget definition and management in conjunction with CBU
Management of fixed marketing budget
Responsible for customer events, shows, fairs, including participation, planning and execution
Work with the business manager to ensure all tools accessible from the dealer portal are fully utilized and exploited by relevant dealer staff
Monitor sales performance by product range, identify gaps to target and ensure the right level of stock and product availability to implement relative marketing actions.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Economics or Engineering
Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in marketing or sales function in Construction Equipment business
Must have good understanding of our customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent in English
Business acumen
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
OTHER INFORMATION: Result oriented, good communication skills, able to work in cross functional team in a matrix organization
