Position Overview
This role supports the supervision of roads and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. The position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and workmanship standards
• Maintain a daily log of site activities, including approvals, rejections, resource usage, equipment, and issues encountered
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper execution of works and adherence to construction methods
• Interface with the public and nearby stakeholders to minimize construction impacts
• Work closely with inspectors of other disciplines for sampling, materials testing, and quality assurance
• Verify survey lines, levels, and completed work for compliance with design requirements
• Report unsafe or questionable construction methods to the ARE/RE
• Process and track Inspection Requests (IRs) and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain detailed records for works executed under Day Works basis when required
• Participate actively in all site safety procedures and briefings
• Maintain professionalism while remaining firm and consistent in dealings with contractors

Ideal Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
• Computer literate with the ability to maintain records, access project data, and generate reports
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary supervision team
