Job Title: Consolidation Specialist / Group Financial Accountant

We are looking for a Consolidation Specialist / Group Financial Accountant to join our Group Corporate Finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in multinational, multicurrency financial reporting, consolidation, and corporate accounting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions from Group subsidiaries. Support the preparation of consolidated financial results for review by senior finance leadership. Help ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies. Assist in managing key accounting projects, such as: Accounting for multicurrency transactions, leases, and intra-group transactions. Supporting M&A transactions and integration of acquired entities. Maintaining and improving the OneStream consolidation system. Various ad-hoc finance projects as needed. Support the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements and assist subsidiaries with audits and local accounts preparation. Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent. Experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting, preferably in a multinational, multicurrency environment. Basic knowledge of IFRS and an eagerness to develop technical expertise. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (experience with OneStream is a plus). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders across different departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
