Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and implementation of configuration management processes and procedures for the organization's IT infrastructure. Identify, document, and track all IT assets and configurations. Manage change requests for the IT infrastructure. Support the Configuration Change Board (CCB) in the review and approval of change requests. Gather, prepare, and distribute all necessary documentation related to configuration management. Support any follow-on CCB correspondence from the PKI community. Develop and implement a configuration management plan that aligns with the organization's overall IT strategy. Work with stakeholders to define the scope of configuration management for the organization. Establish and maintain a configuration management database (CMDB) that accurately reflects the organization's IT assets and configurations. Implement change management processes to ensure that all changes to the IT infrastructure are properly documented, approved, and tested before being implemented. Monitor the IT infrastructure for changes and deviations from the CMDB. Investigate and resolve configuration issues. Provide training and support to IT staff on configuration management principles and procedures. Stay up to date on the latest configuration management tools and technologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS One to three years relevant experience Certification meeting DOD 8570.01 IAM III upon Assignment CISM CISSP (or Associate) GSLC CCISO Must possess Secret Clearance. We are seeking a Configuration Manager to join our team supporting DISA PKI Sustainment.
