The Role
Position Title:
Concierge Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 17K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: One of the UAE's leading free zones, dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs for it's hassle-free business setup and versatile licensing solutions : o Tracks Team KPI and tracks GP by Product - Understanding trends and implementing solutions to boost products as required. o Preparations, data gathering, and submission of obligatory reports required by the line manager and management. o Assesses the professional aspirations of each department employee and implements suitable measures, evaluates staff performance, provides candid feedback o Introduces new products / packages and sales strategies to help boost and exceed GP targets.Requirements
45 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in any related field o At least 6 years of work experience in Sales with minimum 2 years of managerial experience. (must have led a team of at least 5 members) o Must have a competent knowledge of freezone systems o Proven experience in a similar role; experience in the Freezone or business set up industry is preferred.
