We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and proactive
Concierge cum Guest Relations Officer
to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and local area.
Assist with luggage, deliveries, and taxi bookings as needed.
Manage visitor logs and ensure building security protocols are followed.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for resident requests.
Monitor the lobby and report any suspicious behavior or security issues.
Maintain a neat, tidy, and organized reception area.
Perform administrative and front desk duties when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a concierge, front desk agent, or guest relations officer.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.
Ability to stay calm and handle pressure in busy environments.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Background in hospitality or residential property management.
Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, or others).
