To be in charge and assist the design director in developing concept designs Overall Project Management/coordination of assigned projects Preparation of feasibility design studies based on Clients\xe2\x80\x99 briefs and Design guidelines. Developing master plans and architectural prototypes for mixed-use projects. Proficient in providing innovative Concept designs and reports in coordination with the various design disciplines. Plan and develop Concept and Schematic Designs for the assigned projects. Develops project proposals, and assist in the presentation of proposals to the client. Estimates project(s) needs, schedules, and manages manpower Involved in the preparation of drawings for various authorities\xe2\x80\x99 approval and ensuring compliance with all authorities and local code requirements. Monitors and evaluates progress and takes corrective actions Supervise CAD technicians, and monitor and evaluate progress by taking corrective actions to make sure that the work is completed to clients\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction. Assist the working drawing team and the site supervision team with any design issues Assist the Quantity Surveyor department with the preparation of Preliminary cost estimates. Liaising with the design director to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. Ensuring the internal and external teams work together to achieve set goals and targets. Requirements Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture Average 12 - 15 years post-qualifying experience Proven Track record as Concept Design Architect

• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
• Several years of work experience as a Concept Architect / Designer

• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software AUTO CAD / Revit

• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and spoken English Experience in

• Revit /3D Max/ Adobe Photoshop/AutoCad
• Photoshop, good understanding (Quick fixes/edits / most visuals still require a good amount of post-process)
• Specialist knowledge - Sketch up Studio, 3D MAX, Photoshop
