We are looking for a Senior Concept Architect to work for an engineering consultancy & project management firm in Abu Dhabi: Objective of the role is is to manage, review and oversee the pre-design and design phases of the projects. Provide direction on the design development and documentation processes. -Must have minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in concept design in various projects ( residential & commercial) -Must be available in the UAE to attend face to face interviews Design and review the outcomes of pre-design work and feasibility studies. Drive the design processes to meet project objectives. Review designs to align with client\'s briefs, budgets, timelines and in compliance with the authorities\' requirements. Review designs taking into consideration technical aspects, relevant codes and standards, and good practices. Resolve design developments and technical issues taking materials into consideration. Validate the designs for pricing purposes. Deliver design and commercial presentations. Implement approved policies, processes and procedures, to ensure work is completed in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering exceptional service. Adhere to approved budgets and ensure optimal utilization of all available resources. Share ideas and viewpoints to further streamline processes, thus driving efficiency and improvements across the organization. QUALIFICATIONS Education / Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture from relevant University Relevant Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum

• 5* quality and size projects
• Full project development experience (pre-concept, concept, schematic, detailed, IFT, IFC packages)
• Coordination with SMEP
• Technical experience
