with experience in gaming PC assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of hardware components, liquid cooling setups, and system optimization for top-tier gaming performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, configure, and test custom-built gaming PCs (including liquid cooling systems)
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues related to CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, PSUs, etc.
Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, BIOS/UEFI, and gaming utilities
Provide technical support to clients (in-store, via phone, and remote access)
Perform regular maintenance and system updates for customer and in-house systems
Ensure data security and system integrity during repairs or installations
Assist walk-in clients and offer pre-sales guidance on PC components and configurations
Maintain build quality, cable management, and RGB aesthetics in PC setups
Stay updated with the latest PC hardware trends and gaming technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer or a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PC building and technical support
Strong knowledge of gaming hardware: CPUs, GPUs, SSDs, cooling systems, etc.
Experience in liquid cooling setup, RGB lighting, and aesthetic PC build design
Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues confidently
Familiarity with anti-virus, OS installation, BIOS flashing and overclocking is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
Knowledge of sales/support will be considered a plus
