Job Purpose

Precisely measure synthetic and natural aroma chemicals, oils, and powder chemicals according to specified formulations asoutlined in the company's Standard Operating Procedures and health and safety protocols. Collaborate effectively within a team,upholding comprehensive health, safety, and hygiene practices. Facilitate open communication with other departments to swiftlyresolve any issues, thus maintaining the highest level of customer service for our Perfumers, Sales and our production colleagues
Tasks and Responsibilities
Checking tank/s labels with paperwork making sure they are correct and matching each other Ensure all equipment is always kept clean Precisely weigh and blend aromatic oils and chemicals per set formulations, following company protocols rigorously. Immediately identify and report any compounding issues, regardless of their size. Ensuring use of raw materials in FIFO order Making sure completed jobs are combined and then checked, weighed before packing Complete handover/graveyard sheets accordingly if job cannot be completed Report any errors or spills immediately Ensuring all health, safety & hygiene procedures are followed Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager. Skills and Attributes Required
Degree in chemistry or comparable education in a related field. Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail Strong numerical and communication skills. Proficient in computer use, particularly MS Office. Effective time management and multi-tasking skills. * Good in teamwork and time management
