Job Summary

We are looking for a Compounder at our manufacturing facility in Sharjah, responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and preparing fragrance formulations according to approved formulas, while ensuring all safety, quality, and hygiene standards are strictly followed throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

Measure and weigh raw materials (aroma chemicals, essential oils, solvents) as per batch sheets and formulations Mix and compound fragrance batches using mixers, blenders, and related equipment Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing protocols Maintain accurate batch production records and inventory logs Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished goods Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas after each batch Report any deviations, spills, or equipment issues to the supervisor Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Any degree or diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Chemistry or related field preferred) Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in fragrance, flavours, cosmetics, or chemical manufacturing Basic knowledge of weighing scales, mixing equipment, and safe chemical handling Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records Basic understanding of fragrances, essential oils, and aroma chemicals Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working in a production/lab environment with fragrance materials

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
