We are recruiting a Compliance Specialist to establish and maintain robust frameworks ensuring alignment with UAE regulatory requirements, internal policies, and global best practices. This role will be central to risk mitigation and supporting ethical governance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with UAE law and international standards.
Monitor regulatory developments related to data protection, AI governance, cybersecurity, and corporate compliance.
Draft and update internal policies (e.g., Code of Conduct, data protection protocols).
Support audit and regulatory reporting functions.
Provide compliance advice to cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, and Security.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
3-6+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles.
Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of UAE regulatory environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
