Elevate and maintain compliance training standardsProactively conduct compliance risk assessments and mitigate identified risksDevelop and implement compliance monitoring and testing programsStay up-to-date of regulatory developments and ensure the company are compliantMaintain compliance-related documentation is up-to-date and accurateCollaborate with other departments to ensure compliance requirements are integrated company wideEnsure compliance with internal Group standards and applicable AML legislation, facilitate KYC on-boarding processes for external partiesMaintain and implement a compliance schedule to adhere to all deadlines

Profile
Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Law5-7 years of compliance experienceEstablished compliance and risk knowledge, including AML/CTF/KYC, sanctions, conduct of business and compliance related filingsExperience in an asset management firm is a plus, specifically SCA otherwise FSRA/DFSA or knowledge of ADAA requirementsExcellent oral and written skills in English with the ability to communicate with a variety of both internal and external stakeholdersStrong project management skills
