We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented
Compensation & Benefits Manager
with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including the development of C&B policies, salary structuring, and the implementation of Oracle or similar HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, executing, and optimizing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our business goals and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Policy
Design and implement compensation structures including salary bands, incentive programs, allowances, and grading systems.
Review and update compensation policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and market competitiveness.
Lead job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes using reliable tools and methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay).
Benefits Management
Oversee employee benefits programs such as medical insurance, end-of-service benefits, and wellness initiatives.
Evaluate current benefits offerings and suggest enhancements that support talent attraction and retention.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party administrators to manage cost-effective and high-quality employee benefits.
HR Systems & Oracle Implementation
Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud (or other ERP systems) for compensation and benefits modules.
Maintain data integrity and develop system workflows for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
Work closely with IT and HRIS teams to ensure the smooth operation of C&B modules within the HR system.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all C&B practices are in full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Monitor changes in labor regulations and assess their impact on company compensation practices.
Prepare and present audit-ready reports and documentation.
Reporting & Analysis
Conduct regular compensation and benefits analytics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Develop compensation dashboards and reports for decision-making and forecasting.
Analyze pay equity, turnover data, and C&B effectiveness metrics.
Requirements:
8+ years
of experience in Compensation & Benefits within mid-to-large organizations.
Proven experience in developing C&B
policies

frameworks
, and
grading systems
.
Hands-on experience with
Oracle HCM
, SAP SuccessFactors, or a similar HR system.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws

market practices
, and
international benchmarking tools
.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
or equivalent certification is
highly preferred
.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
