ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a C&B Specialist to join our METAP C&B team, based in Dubai reporting to the C&B Manager, METAP.

The successful candidate for this role will conduct analysis and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs in accordance to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s reward strategy across Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Pakistan region.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO:

Support in the compensation and benefits market survey submissions and analysis v/s current market practices.

Analytical support in the design & implementation of C&B Programs across the region.

Support on the administration of compensation processes.

Gather data on the latest trends in C&B and changes in legislation across the region.

Consolidate country information on compensation practices across the region.

Conduct Job evaluations

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION, YOU\'LL BRING:

Experience for at least 2 years in comparable position, compensation consultant background preferred.

Excellent analytical skills

Microsoft Excel proficiency \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate to high level.

Good communication skills.

Fluency in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
