Job Description

Purpose of the Job:
The Compensation and Benefits Partner plays a vital role in supporting the Compensation and Benefits function by aggregating and consolidating data, leading salary benchmarking exercises, and providing input to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) when required. The primary focus of this role is to prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses, ensure data quality, analyze benefits data, and assist with salary reviews, incentive scheme design, and benchmarking activities. The Compensation and Benefits Partner will also provide advice to other members of the HR team on basic compensation and benefits topics, benchmark benefits policies and practices, and contribute to enhancing the current compensation and benefits plans.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses by aggregating and consolidating relevant information.
  • Clean reported data and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze benefits data, including gathering, organizing, and interpreting relevant information.
  • Support HR Business Partners in conducting salary reviews and formulating competitive offers.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of incentive schemes to drive employee motivation and performance.
  • Conduct internal and external salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Provide guidance and advice to other members of the HR team on fundamental compensation and benefits topics.
  • Benchmark benefits policies and practices against market data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement salary benchmarking reviews to identify employee positioning and propose appropriate adjustments.
  • Develop salary scales tailored to various markets to support effective compensation strategies.
  • Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate job classifications and salary ranges.
  • Participate in salary surveys to gather industry-specific compensation data.
  • Prepare and maintain quarterly reports on compensation and benefits metrics, trends, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Directors across regions to perform benefits and salary reviews, propose salary increments, and review job offers.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with salary benchmarking techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of job evaluation and grading systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
