We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Sales Manager - Corporate Services
to lead client engagement, service delivery coordination, and revenue growth across our corporate and legal services portfolio. The successful candidate will report to the
Corporate Services Director and the Board of Directors
, or such other persons as management may designate from time to time.
In this role, responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service from onboarding through completion of services.
Build, maintain, and strengthen trusted client relationships by understanding client needs and aligning appropriate corporate and legal solutions.
Enhance client satisfaction to drive retention, renewals, and referrals.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and periodic pulse checks to ensure all client requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Service Fulfillment & Operational Coordination
Oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate and legal services, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery.
Coordinate closely with internal legal, compliance, operations, and processing teams to ensure seamless service fulfillment.
Liaise with external stakeholders, government authorities, and free zone entities as required.
Track service timelines, documentation, and deliverables in line with regulatory standards and client expectations.
Research free zone, mainland, and government regulations for specific cases and communicate findings to the operations team to support continuous service improvement.
Sales, Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
Proactively generate leads through personal networks, referrals, partnerships, and creative outreach, without relying solely on company-generated leads.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services aligned with clients' evolving business needs.
Achieve assigned sales, upselling, and cross-selling targets while maintaining a focus on long-term client value.
Educate clients on the company's full suite of offerings, including business setup, corporate services, compliance solutions, legal templates, advisory services, and related products.
Team Support & Coordination
Provide day-to-day guidance and functional oversight to relationship executives and support staff.
Act as an escalation point for complex client matters and support conflict resolution when necessary.
Conduct weekly coordination meetings with the processing and operations teams to review pending tasks, address issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Strategic Insights
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and service tracking using the company's CRM system (e.g., Zoho).
Prepare regular reports on client engagement, service status, pipeline activity, upselling opportunities, and overall performance.
Share insights and recommendations with management to support strategic planning and service enhancements.
This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong client management, sales, and operational coordination experience within the corporate services or legal services sector.
