We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Company Formation & Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

UAE business setup

, with hands-on experience in incorporating companies across Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions. A solid grasp of marketing strategies and client acquisition in the corporate services sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in the full cycle of company formation in UAE (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore). Provide accurate guidance on suitable jurisdictions, licensing types, and legal structures. Prepare and process incorporation documents, liaising with government authorities (e.g., DED, Free Zones, Immigration, etc.). Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies to generate leads. Manage social media, email campaigns, and content marketing efforts tailored to the business setup industry. Follow up with prospective clients and close leads generated through various marketing channels. Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service throughout the business setup process.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UAE company formation/business setup. Strong knowledge of UAE corporate laws, Free Zone and Mainland requirements. Proven experience in B2B marketing, especially in the corporate services or consultancy sector. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Fluency in English is a must; Arabic or other languages is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
