Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Sales Executive
with in-depth knowledge of
UAE Free Zone and Mainland company formation processes
. The ideal candidate must have
3+ years of proven experience
in the UAE business setup industry and a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Provide accurate consultation on
Mainland and Free Zone business setup options
Prepare and present customized company formation proposals and packages
Advise clients on license types, legal structures, visa options, and documentation requirements
Coordinate with internal teams (PRO, legal, operations) for smooth client onboarding
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE regulations, Free Zone authority rules, and DED procedures
Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
in
business setup
or
corporate services
Strong understanding of
Free Zone authorities
(e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, SHAMS, etc.)
Solid experience with
Mainland (DED) company formation
and legal structures
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly professional in client handling

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
