RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a brand-new and exciting opportunity to help shape the heart of our app's user experience.
As Community Officer, you'll be responsible for:
? Managing and running engaging Leaderboard Challenges inside the YFC app
? Manage relationship with Gym Partners & Commercial Partner
? Organising and supporting Corporate Leaderboards and related engagement activities
? Identifying and sourcing exciting prizes & rewards to drive user participation and loyalty
? Monitoring and increasing Daily Active Users (DAU)
? Suggesting and implementing creative ideas to grow engagement across the community
? Collaborating with our marketing and product teams to deliver an exceptional user experience
? Manage the renewal and onboarding process for new gym partners
? Prepare weekly and monthly gym usage reports
? Recommend and pursue new additions of gym partners, beach clubs etc
? Any future admin requirements that go along with community additions
? Conflict resolution when required
REQUIREMENT
? Strong passion for fitness & wellness -- you understand what motivates people to stay active
? Excellent communication & community management skills
? Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh engagement ideas to life
? Good organisational & project management skills -- you can run campaigns end-to-end
? Basic understanding of app-based metrics (DAU, retention, engagement) is a plus
? Comfortable sourcing partnerships and prizes through outreach and negotiation
ROLE KPI
1. User Engagement
? % Growth in DAU (Daily Active Users) -- Monthly / Quarterly target
? Leaderboard Participation Rate (number of users participating in challenges vs. total active users)
? Repeat Participation Rate (how many users participate in multiple challenges)
? Average Time in App per User (before/after challenge periods)
2. Corporate Engagement
? Number of Active Corporate Leaderboards per quarter
