The Host (Sales and CRM) is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by handling class-related tasks, managing client communications, and assisting with administrative processes. The role involves coordinating class schedules, processing requests, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Class Management & Adjustments
Create and adjust class schedules quarterly.
Process class change requests.
Manage makeup class bookings.
Handle assessment bookings.
Track attendance and update records.
Customer Support & Communication
Respond to tickets, chats, and calls professionally.
Communicate junior absence updates with clients.
Conduct renewal calls, follow-up calls, and new lead calls.
Financial & Contract Administration
Process credits, vouchers, and refunds as needed.
Post contracts and ensure proper documentation.
Manage automatic purchasing and renewal options.
Reporting & Progress Tracking
Generate and update progress reports for students.
Sales, Reporting, After-Sales Support
Attend inquiries related to new leads, expired memberships, and CRM portals (Zoho & DoubleTick).
Conduct after-sales services, including service calls and new joiner follow-ups.
Update the daily sales report and maintain accurate records.
Support client retention and acquisition, ensuring deadlines and targets are met as per company structure.
Attend indoor and outdoor events to promote services.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
Basic proficiency in using digital tools for class management and reporting.
