Community Manager (telegram / Discord)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Telegram and Discord communities for traders
Respond to user inquiries, moderate discussions, and promote engagement
Plan and execute community events, trading challenges, and giveaways
Collect user feedback and report insights to the marketing and product team
Work with customer service and content teams to ensure community alignment
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in online community management
Familiarity with crypto, prop trading, or financial platforms is a big plus
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
