What You'll Do:
Drive daily engagement and conversations within the community
Build and execute content strategies based on trends & insights
Collect and report community feedback to improve user experience
Organize and participate in community events & activities
Stay updated with pop culture + digital & social media trends
Collaborate with internal teams for brand-aligned initiatives
Develop strong relationships with community members & advocates
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Community Manager (Discord experience required)
Strong communication & content planning skills
Ability to track and analyze community metrics
Skilled in Discord tools, bots, and moderation best practices
Experience engaging Gen-Z / teenage girl audience (MUST)
Passion for animated stories and audience-driven engagement
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced creative environment
Work Setup:
