Role Overview:

The

Telegram Community Manager

will be responsible for overseeing, growing, and engaging with targeted audiences on Telegram. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional content writing skills, digital campaign support capabilities, and hands-on experience managing active online communities--in

Portuguese

and

Spanish

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Telegram communities in the assigned language. Create compelling, engaging, and culturally relevant content for daily posting. Moderate discussions, respond to queries, and nurture positive community engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign messaging, promotions, and visual assets. Assist in optimizing Telegram-based ads and promotional activities. Strategize the Telegram campaigns. Monitor community health, gather insights, and prepare engagement and growth reports. Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's tone, guidelines, and goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Telegram channels or similar online communities. Strong writing and communication skills in

Portuguese

and

Spanish

(professional/native fluency required). Familiarity with digital advertising and community moderation best practices. Ability to interpret data and use insights to refine community engagement strategies. Competency in coordinating with creative and ad operations teams. Reliable, self-motivated, and available to start
