Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
Manage event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination.
Collect event feedback to improve future experiences.
2. Member Engagement
Act as a primary point of contact for members for queries and support.
Onboard new members and guide them on membership benefits and event participation.
Regularly communicate with members via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to boost engagement.
Build relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
3. Sales Support
Assist Event Manager with lead follow-ups for entry-tier memberships
Track leads and conversions in CRM.
Identify upsell opportunities for higher membership tiers and pass them to the Event Manager.
4. Administrative & Reporting
Maintain member database and update records accurately.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on membership growth, event attendance, and engagement.
