Job Description

This position is for our client, a reputed Business Consulting company in Dubai, UAE.

The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing brand presence, engaging stakeholders, and supporting both internal and external communication. Their tasks are a blend of community engagement, content creation, event support, and data-driven analysis, all tailored to the consulting and sports academy environment.

Community Engagement & Growth

Plan and execute community events, mixers, and collaborations to enhance engagement and create a vibrant company culture. Support retention efforts by maintaining relationships with existing members and responding to their needs and feedback.

Marketing & Communication

Assist in marketing the academy's programs and community facilities through social media, local outreach, and partnerships. Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, emails, and blogs to increase brand awareness and community participation. Ensure messaging is consistent with the company's brand and consulting objectives Monitor and moderate online discussions, responding to comments and fostering positive interactions Write and distribute press releases, content, contribute to the academy's and business consulting's website, and ensure external communications are up to date and effective. Gather and analyze community feedback to inform future marketing strategies.

Operational Support

Help manage bookings, facility schedules, and event logistics to ensure smooth operations of community and sports programs. Support the implementation of health, safety, and safeguarding protocols during events and daily activities. Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to high standards and ready for community use. Collect and report data on attendance, engagement, and satisfaction for internal performance reviews and external reporting.

Brand Advocacy & Reputation Management

Monitor the company's online reputation, reviews and respond to feedback or crises in a timely, professional manner. Support the implementation of crisis communication plans and help maintain a positive corporate image.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with local partners, schools, clubs, and sponsors to increase academy visibility and opportunities. Gather feedback from clients, athletes, parents, coaches, and community members to inform program improvements and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and consulting teams to align community initiatives with business goals and client projects

Personal & Professional Development

Participate in internal training and mentorship opportunities to build skills in project management, business analysis, and community leadership. Seek feedback from senior managers and peers to continually improve performance and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skill Set

Minimum 2 - 3 years experience Must be able to speak and write in French. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
