What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:Deliver bespoke face and body treatments, wellness therapies, and high-end beauty services, including facials and massages, using luxury products and protocols aligned with the Dior Spa brand Act a senior figure within the team-mentoring junior therapists, onboarding new talent, and ensuring continuous standards of excellence across all touchpoints. Provide seamless operational support by collaborating closely with the Director of Spa, Assistant Spa Manager, therapists and other departments to maintain an efficient and elegant guest experience. Ensure a flawless and discreet experience for our clientele, tailoring services to meet individual preferences and expectations. Confidently promote spa services, products and programs, including Dior skincare, wellness rituals and luxury retails, while supporting revenue and retail targets. Maintain the highest hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols in compliance with brand and property standards. Be proactive in supporting events, activations, and spa promotions in collaboration with the broader hotel and brand team. Anticipate and respond to guest needs with precision, care and elegance.

What you'll bring

You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the Spa and Wellness team A genuine passion for wellness and a deep understanding of luxury spa culture A strong background as a senior spa therapist or trainer in luxury spas, with at least 2 years of experience in the European market Fluency in French is essential, as is the ability to comfortably communicate in English Prior experience delivering treatments and service to high-profile and VIP guests, with utmost discretion and personalization. A natural mentor and team player who enjoys guiding others and upholding exceptional standards. A talent for organization, presentation, and guest engagement, with a true "host" mindset. Excellent communication skills and a polished demeanor that reflect the elegance of both the Dior brand and The Lana and Dorchester Collection. A proactive, collaborative attitude that embraces teamwork, innovation and continuous learning.
