About the Role
We are looking for well-connected women who enjoy helping other women find the right fitness and wellness support.

This role is ideal for:
Mums
Community organisers
Women active in social or WhatsApp groups
Women who naturally recommend services to friends
You do not need to be a trainer or fitness professional.

Responsibilities
Introduce women to MNF
Share information about MNF services
Refer interested women to our Advisors
Support community awareness of a women-only brand
There is no coaching, no admin, and no selling pressure.

Requirements
Female only
Friendly, trustworthy, and well-connected
Comfortable recommending a women-only brand
Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa / freelance visa)
This role does NOT include visa sponsorship
Freelance / commission-based position
No fitness qualifications required.

Earnings
Commission 150AED per successful referral
Option to receive training credit instead of cash
Simple and transparent referral structure
