typical day as CMS MESA Delivery Manager you would Communication Technology Group responsible for solution and services delivery for MESA subregion customers Good understanding and background in Telco sector network solution and BSS OSS application Responsible to drive m anages and controls delivery activities within MESA subregion which is part of a larger EMEA geographical Region Responsible for implementing delivery capabilities industry and portfolio and executing delivery models for the practice subregion and recommends ideas for optimization of those models Manages customer high complexity and high risk project delivery supervising and supporting Project Management Manage customer and internal escalation solutioning and lead to unblock issues Manages project financials ensuring no red projects Responsible for personnel and business management of the practice including accountability for team effectiveness people development and achieving utilization targets Manages employees and subcontracted workforce directing and controlling activities engagement career development HR related task etc Manage delivery engaging multiple nondirect reports internal groups as CoE R D Product Management and Support organizations Responsible for developing and managing strong customer relationships at director and intermediate levels and is an active participant in consulting engagements in pursuit and delivery Responsible of delivery definition during bid phase Contribute to bid phase defining delivery setup identifying risk and defining mitigation plans and committing to the approved offer delivery Deliver high customer experience trough project delivery Understands solution portfolio and identifies repeatable business opportunities while ensuring appropriate import export of intellectual property Support the development of business plan s for the practice subregion balancing client needs and global solution area focus consistent with regularly updated client business plans Delivers orders revenue and margin for practice engagements and as per target Through collaboration with client principal team s delivers consistent order performance Recommends enhancements to the offering set Identifies leading edge processes and approaches for creating and leveraging intellectual capital If you are Education and Experience Required First level University degree plus 710 years with directly related experience Knowledge and Skills Demonstrates broad knowledge of corporate organization culture policies products markets and processes Is knowledgeable in corporate standards of excellence personnel development strategies including operformance appraisal techniques ocoaching mentoring Has or is developing skills in functional business knowledge project
