  • Reporting to: Head of Department / Communications and Business Development Dept.
  • Work Mode: Full Time \xe2\x80\x93 Permanent (On-Site)
  • Location: UAE, Dubai

Responsibilities: -
  • Ensure that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards set and resolve escalated concerns to reach client satisfaction while taking preventive actions.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationships with clients.
  • Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate proposals, presentations, and negotiations on the provided services with clients or potential partners.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & needs.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Identify services improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams.
  • Maintain opportunities with existing clients and map market dynamics such as market and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Assist in the development of an annual Corporate Business Development plan in accordance with approved corporate long-term strategy.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Role Model:
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Research organizations & individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and potential customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Recommend business development tactics for short and long-term plans.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Submit daily, weekly monthly work plans and reports for projects.
Desired Skills / Experience:
  • Relevant bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent educational degree.
  • 3+ years of media sales experience in a social media and advertisement environment required.
  • Excellent command in English language.
  • Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Must be able to demonstrate exceptional personal & managerial skills.
  • Ability to handle customers\' complaints.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Excellent time management.
Job Type:
  • Contract as per UAE Labor law.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary per month will be discussed during the interview, in addition to (incentive, transportation allowance, and mobile sim-card provided)
