Job Description

Responsible for managing all billing activities related to telecommunications. In doing so, this job ensures that the telecommunication resources are being well utilized. Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Evaluates products or services usage and produce monthly bills.
2. Captures call detail records and perform usage tracking.
3. Performs a comprehensive telecom audit to ensure that telecommunications usage is optimized and that misuse or abuse is identified.
4. Supports legal and regulatory requirements as needed.
5. Analyzes communications infrastructure, administration and costs.
6. Produces billing reports at the appropriate level (e.g., user, department).
7. Liaises with Human Resources as part of the employee clearance process.
8. Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.
9. Participates in self & others' education, training and development, as applicable.
10. Follows all hospital related policies and procedures. Education
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, or related discipline is required. Experience Required
One (1) year of related experience with Master's Degree, or Three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor's Degree is required. Other Requirements(Certificates)
