Manage and co-ordinate with various in-house and external suppliers to produce and distribute internal communications content across all internal communications channels, and oversee all copy and design to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
Develop and implement an employee communications strategy framework to support HR and business leaders in engaging with various employee audiences across the organisation in line with EKFC's brand values and people initiatives
Develop and implement branding and communications strategy and plans at a corporate EKFC level that is aligned to the overall EKFC strategy and the specific business needs. Incorporate best practice, market and customer behaviour trends to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose and creative whilst being cost effective.
Be a proactive point of contact across the business, stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that all briefs and solutions are aligned so as to maximise return on investment, and develop trusted advisor status through excellent customer (internal) relationship management capability. Influence budget spend in line with their business needs.
Be the single point of accountability for utilising the services of all agencies, and other suppliers servicing the business, and manage internal and external resources to ensure effective delivery of solutions against customer briefs and that cost parameters are met without compromising quality and standards. Participate in agency performance evaluation and selection with Procurement.
Build a fully functional and extensive image and video library to be used by internal stakeholders across a number of functions, and which can be used as a tool in PR related circumstances. Implement and distribute an extensive and consistent company toolkit.
Ensure that all projects are project managed to ensure delivery of assignments within scope, time, quality and cost. Work closely with and contribute to cross-company communication initiatives
Support the business continuity programme from a corporate communications point of view ensuring that clear messages are conveyed as required based on business need.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
Experience:
5 years of experience in internal communications
Experience in leading a team & stakeholder /account management
Knowledge/Skills:
Communications Manager with an international organisation. Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Experience in working with internal comms
Experience of project management and meeting deliverable targets
Proactive, 'hands-on' individual
Enthusiastic self-starter with well-developed administrative, organisational and self-management skills and the ability to motivate and influence others.
