Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients
Negotiate prices and terms to ensure successful deals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with relevant parties
Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
Valid Qatar driver's license and access to a car (mandatory)
Proven experience in real estate or strong sales background (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market (a plus)
Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Compensation
50% commission
on every successful deal you close
High earning potential based on performance
