Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of French pastries and desserts.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the pastry section.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently.
Support the Pastry Chef in daily operations and menu development.
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in pastry/bakery, preferably in French pastry.
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and passion for pastry.
