Commis Chef - Tandoor & Curry
for a reputed 4-star hotel in Dubai. The candidate should behardworking, energetic, and passionate about Indian cuisine
, especially in the Tandoor and Curry sections.Requirements:
Experience in
Indian Tandoor or Curry
section (minimum 2-3 years preferred) Good knowledge of Indian spices, kebabs, grills, gravies, and cooking techniques Team player with a positive and energetic attitude Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Must becurrently in UAE
and available tojoin immediately
Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in daily food preparation for Tandoor and Curry sections Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the work area Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards Support senior chefs in kitchen operations
