We are looking for hardworking and disciplined
Commis Chefs
to support our kitchen team and grow with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation and cooking
Prepare ingredients (cutting, marinating, portioning) as per SOP
Follow standardized recipes and portion control
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP)
Support in plating and timely order dispatch
Handle kitchen equipment safely and properly
Monitor stock usage and report shortages/wastage
Assist in receiving and storing supplies
Follow FIFO and labeling procedures
Maintain workstation cleanliness at all times
Support during peak hours and high-volume operations
Follow instructions from Sous Chef / Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years experience as Commis / Kitchen Helper / Line Cook (preferred)
Experience in Indo-Chinese / Asian cuisine is an advantage
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid UAE residence visa (preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred
