Your day to day Join our dynamic Kitchen Team as a Commis Chef and support the team in preparing kitchen items. Because of this vital role, we?re looking for someone with high grooming & hygiene standards and basic skills in our culinary team. With direct reporting to Chef De Partie, you will assist in the smooth running of the main kitchen by preparing and presenting food to a high standard and maintaining hygiene practices. You will follow brand-standard food specifications with high performance and presentation and ensure minimum kitchen food waste. You will be required to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery is maintained at all times. What we need from you The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can work in a multi-tasking environment effectively, be enthusiastic and positive, and have an excellent guest-handling manner. The successful candidate will also ideally have previous experience working in the hospitality industry. You must be flexible with working hours and a team player. Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in a similar role with relevant school/college qualifications.
