To support CDPs and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and following instructions to ensure smooth service.
Preparation & Mise en Place
Follow daily prep list provided by CDP or Sous Chef.
Wash, chop, marinate, and portion ingredients as per recipe and SOP.
Ensure all assigned mise en place is completed on time and labelled properly.
Cooking Support
Assist CDPs in cooking during service.
Handle basic cooking tasks (frying, grilling, assembling, garnishing) under supervision.
Refill and restock the line before and during service.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain personal hygiene at all times (clean uniform, gloves, hairnet).
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and sanitized.
Follow cleaning schedules for tools, surfaces, and equipment.
Kitchen Discipline
Arrive on time, in full uniform, ready to start.
Follow instructions from senior chefs without delay.
Avoid food wastage and handle ingredients with care.
Learning & Growth
Learn recipes, techniques, and standards of the kitchen.
Take feedback positively and show improvement.
Ask questions when unclear, and seek growth within the team.
Logs & Labeling
Assist in labeling food items with dates and names.
Ensure FIFO system is followed.
Help in maintaining temperature and cleaning logs if assigned.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
