Key Responsibilities

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations at Kaleidoscope
• Prepare ingredients and assist with food production according to established standards
• Maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures consistently
• Assist with mise en place and basic cooking tasks across assigned sections
• Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen serving large numbers of guests
• Collaborate closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop culinary skills

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel or professional kitchen
• Basic professional kitchen knowledge and a genuine passion for food
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure
