What You'll Do

• Assist Commis 2 and Commis 1 with day-to-day food preparation and cooking duties in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines
• Prepare ingredients including chopping, mixing, and seasoning under the supervision of senior chefs
• Maintain your assigned workstation, restock supplies, and uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Follow rotation and storage protocols to ensure freshness and reduce waste
• Participate in daily kitchen briefings and maintain clear communication with team members
• Continuously develop culinary skills and support efficient kitchen operations

Ideal Profile

• Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited school
• 1 to 2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality presentation
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and culturally aware
• Willingness to learn and grow in a high-performance culinary environment
