What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper hygienic handling, cleaning, and waste disposal procedures.
• Assist the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in maintaining service and food standards.
• Communicate operational issues and support smooth kitchen management.
• Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus and innovative culinary concepts.
• Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Culinary Arts or similar qualification from a recognized culinary school.
• Completed formal kitchen apprenticeship and chef training.
• Strong knowledge of classical and modern international cuisine.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• Proficiency in English and strong leadership skills.
