Apt Resources is excited to present an opportunity for a talented Commis 2 Butcher to join a luxury resort located along the stunning Red Sea coast. This is a unique chance to work in a prestigious environment, preparing high-quality meats for a dining experience that reflects excellence and luxury.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, butchering, and presentation of meats in accordance with the resort's culinary standards.
• Work under the supervision of the Head Butcher or Chef de Partie to ensure that all meat products are of the highest quality and properly stored.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the butcher section, including adhering to food safety procedures.
• Support the team in food preparation and ensure accurate portion control.
• Participate in the inventory management of meat supplies, and report any discrepancies to the senior kitchen staff.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a butcher role, preferably in a luxury or high-end culinary environment.
