Job Description
We are looking for a talented Commis 1 Chef for our Cold, Hot & Grill Section. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably in a healthy concept restaurant in Dubai. You should be a friendly and collaborative team player with a solid understanding of food hygiene and cooking methods for both hot and cold sections. We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes in the Hot & Grill Section while adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of relevant culinary experience in Dubai. Experience in a healthy concept restaurant in Dubai is preferred. Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
