Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Follow recipes and procedures precisely to ensure consistency and quality.
Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist with inventory control and daily food preparation lists.
Support senior chefs during service and contribute to efficient kitchen operations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
Learn and apply new culinary techniques and kitchen procedures as instructed.
