What You'll Do

• Prepare mise-en-place for daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain a hygienic and organized work area.
• Assist with storage pick-ups and kitchen support tasks.
• Communicate politely and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Report guest feedback or operational issues to supervisors.
• Participate in daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
• Prepare food, beverages, materials, and equipment ahead of service.
• Clean and reset workstations after each shift.
• Follow hotel and departmental policies on safety, hygiene, grooming, and quality.
• Support special projects and related duties as assigned.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant environment.
• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering food of the highest quality.
