What You'll Do

• Prepare daily mise-en-place for smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and a safe working environment.
• Support the team with storage pick-ups and food preparation tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors about challenges and guest feedback.
• Participate in daily briefings, team meetings, and scheduled training.
• Ensure all food preparation meets quality, health, and safety standards.
• Reset and maintain kitchen areas during and after service.
• Carry out special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Ideal Profile

• Prior experience as a Commis Chef in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to food quality, safety, and presentation standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
