Responsibility
Measuring, portioning, and mixing dairy ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
Packaging, and labeling of milk packages
Cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment to meet food safety standards.
Unloading and storing food supplies. Monitoring inventory levels of dairy products and ensuring proper storage conditions
Following the instruction of the Supervisors, helping cooks during busy hours in other sections, packing takeout orders, and occasionally assisting with basic cooking tasks
Requirements
1-2 years as a Kitchen Helper or Commi III
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Able to work in a fast paced environment
