Note: Gulf Experience mandatory ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Take complete responsibility for specific workshop jobs. Main activities will be dismantling, cleaning, inspecting, repairing, assembling and testing diesel engines spares and assemblies. Will need a \xe2\x80\x9chands-on\xe2\x80\x9d approach to other mechanical engineering projects. He should must have experience in trucks and heavy earth moving equipment \xc2\xb7 Assign, supervise and participate in major and minor mechanical repairs \xc2\xb7 Determine priority of work orders and their assignment to personnel; plan, organize and schedule workflow of employees as assigned; advise and assist assigned personnel; assure timely completion of work. \xc2\xb7 Maintain records and reports as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Dismantle engine assemblies and other equipment including clutches, steering components, and compressors. \xc2\xb7 Inspect spares, highlighting any items that do not meet job requirements. \xc2\xb7 Rebuild equipment including engines, turbochargers, fuel pumps and other ancillary equipment. \xc2\xb7 Carry out testing and inspection to ensure spares and assemblies meet our high standards \xc2\xb7 Fault diagnosis using systematic approach including the use of a diagnostic tools \xc2\xb7 Provide daily updates, including site reports when on service work. \xc2\xb7 Communicate constructively. \xc2\xb7 Monitor tools, tool room equipment, maintenance, and safety practices. \xc2\xb7 Take full responsibility for the quality of work. \xc2\xb7 Work in a safe and organized way. \xc2\xb7 Ensure your work area is kept clean tidy and organized. Must be fluent in English.
He should hold a bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or automobile engineering.
Must have a working knowledge of local regulations.
