Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our commercial vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of commercial vehicles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for commercial vehicle sales (e.g. logistics companies, construction firms, fleet operators, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct field visits to client locations to present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions based on business needs.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate test drives, vehicle inspections, and follow-ups.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing, and market trends.
Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and dealership promotions as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in commercial vehicles, automotive, or B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
